Why Should You Have Your Carpets Professionally Cleaned?

Methods of Carpet Cleaning

Most carpet cleaning companies offer only one service. Either hot water extraction (steam cleaning) or VLM (very low moisture). While these companies will proudly tout that their carpet cleaning service option is "the best", it's simply not true.  

There are times in which HWE (hot water extraction) is the right solution, and there are times when VLM (dry cleaning) is the better option. Because we offer our clients both professional floor cleaning methods, we can discuss your needs and decide which is the better fit for you in your space, residential or commercial.

• Vacuum - It is absolutely critical that loose soil, dirt, and hair are removed from the carpet prior to any liquid application.  We use HEPA filter commercial vacuums that provide great suction to remove deep down grime.
• Pre-Spot - Organic and natural stains react differently and require specialized treatment.  Any spotting treatment is customized to a customer's home and needs.  If you have pets, we highly recommend our pet treatment application.
• Pre-Spray - Using our green-safe formula, we will coat the specific areas of your home with our special encapsulating cocktail.  The encapsulation process surrounds the dirt and dust particles, allowing for more easy extraction.
• Agitation - Often over looked by carpet cleaners, this is a very important step in the best carpet cleaning process. We use a professional grade power-brush machine to work the solution deeper into carpet and fibers.
• Rinse/Extraction - Once the pre-spray has had time to dwell it activates and loosens soil.  Now it is time to remove the green-safe solution from your carpet.  This can be done via VLM or HWE methods.
• Protect - While optional, we always recommend protecting the carpet fibers once a cleaning is complete.  Our EPA approved protectant formula will provide a barrier to carpet fibers, prolonging the life, cleanliness, and stain resistance of the carpet.
